How WBL Calculates Implementation Costs ?

In which:

USD exchange rate: taken according to Vietcombank’s exchange rate at the time of payment

2.5% : Bank fee, including foreign currency conversion fee and international transaction processing fee when paying USD to overseas partners. This fee usually fluctuates from 2.5% – 3.5% depending on each bank.

10% : Withholding tax when customers directly pay overseas partners and must self-declare.

If purchased through WBL, withholding tax = 0%.

Sample calculation: Zoho One cost calculation (01 user / 12 months – purchased via WBL)

Formula: Cost (VND) = Listed price (USD) × Exchange rate (VND/USD) × 1.025

In which:

$444 = $37 × 1 user × 12 months
Exchange rate: 26,289 VND/USD (VCB on 02/03/2026)
1.025 = 2.5% bank fee

Calculation: 444 × 26,289 × 1.025 = 11,964,124 VND

Result: 11,964,124 VND (Eleven million, nine hundred sixty-four thousand, one hundred twenty-four dong)
