WBL Consulting Group is a professional consulting firm accompanying businesses on their digital transformation journey and implementing optimal operational management systems. We aim to effectively utilize technology to deliver sustainable development solutions for our clients.
 
The website with the domain https://WBL.One (and the http://wbl.group ecosystem) is owned and managed by WBL Consulting Group (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Website” or “WBL”). To ensure the best user experience, WBL establishes detailed and transparent terms of use. Below are the details of these terms:

Users are requested to read carefully to understand the terms and conditions before using our Website. Users commit not to perform actions that may affect the security, reputation, and lawful operation of the Website as well as WBL. Any cyber-attacks or distribution of malicious code are strictly prohibited, and WBL has full authority to handle such actions in accordance with the law. Users commit to:
    1. Complying with these Terms of Use and WBL’s policies;
    2. Not using information on the Website for illegal purposes;
    3. Not violating the law when accessing the Website;
    4. When quoting information or documents from the Website, clearly citing the source and maintaining the original link to respect WBL’s intellectual property rights.

WBL is committed to protecting users’ personal information with optimal security measures. All disputes arising in connection with these Terms of Use shall be resolved by a competent Court in Vietnam, in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. WBL’s delay or failure to enforce any right within these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right. If any provision is deemed invalid by a court, the remaining provisions of the Terms of Use shall remain in full legal force and effect.
